En nombre del Team Vespa Barcelona daros las gracias a todos los que habéis acudido una vez más al Vespa The Resistance, ha sido un placer disfrutar de todo esto con todos los asistentes, en serio. Lo sufirmos de manera distinta a los pilotos, pero estar ahí, ver la salida tipo Le Mans y la llegada, como organizador no tiene precio; almenos para nosotros.

Queríamos hacer el VTR un poco más grande, pero no sabíamos la respuesta que iba a tener esto, sobretodo teniendo en cuenta que la maldita crisis está afectando a muchos de los que estamos metidos en este mundillo. Pasar de 6 a 24 horas es algo gordo (para los equipos y para nosotros como organizadores), y os aseguro que no las teníamos todas. Sabíamos que el reto era importante, y que no queríamos convertir esto en "una carrera más dentro del calendario".

Contar con 43 equipos en las primeras 24 Horas que se organizan en España en muchos años, no es moco de pavo. Gracias a todos los equipos por confiar en nosotros. A los que repetís cada año, a los nuevos participantes (bienvenidos a este pequeño pero gran mundillo vespero), y en especial a los que vienen de lejos (a los franceses Authentik y Team Burzock, y a los alemanes Team Germany).

Sabemos que en algunos aspectos de organización podríamos haberlo hecho mejor, y por eso como cada año tomamos nota, no tengáis ninguna duda en que nos esforzaremos para mejorar en la siguiente edición. Hemos intentado solucionar todos los problemas y problemillas que han ido surgiendo, con algunos lo hemos conseguido, con otros no. Por eso os pedimos disculpas, pero también os pedimos comprensión. Nuestro objetivo desde el primer año es intentar conseguir que todo el mundo quede contento, aunque sabemos que es imposible. Por eso nos estrujamos la cabeza y nos dejamos la energía en cuidar de todos los detalles, por el bien de todos los participantes y por el bien del evento. No olvidéis que a diferencia de algunos, nosotros no lo hacemos por motivos económicos, somos una simple asociación, un grupo de amigos.

Sobretodo por eso, quiero acabar dando las gracias a todos los que han arrimado el hombro para echarnos una mano y conseguir que todo fuera bien. A nuestros espónsors, a las masajistas Ana y María, a Paco y Noelia del Circuito de Zuera (unos auténticos machacas), pero especialmente a mis compañeros. Gracias a Kermy (Manel), Dragón Rojo (Xavi), Emollon (Enric) y a Pinsu (Alex), también a nuestras novias Sara y Kitty. Gracias por todo. Sois grandes, muy grandes, enormes. Y todo esto porque sí, porque queremos y porque nos gusta. Ha sido, es, y seguirá siendo un placer continuar organizando el Vespa The Resistance con vosotros.

On behalf of Team Vespa Barcelona to thank all who have come once again to the Vespa The Resistance, has been a pleasure to enjoy all this with the audience, really. Sufirmos it differently from the pilots, but being there, watching Le Mans-type output and arrival, as an organizer is priceless, at least for us.

VTR wanted to make a little bigger, but did not know the answer I would have it, especially considering that the bloody crisis is affecting many of us stuck in this world. Spend 6 to 24 hours is something big (for equipment and for us as organizers), and I assure you that we had not all. We knew the challenge was important, and we did not want to turn this into "one more race in the calendar."

Having 43 teams in the first 24 hours are organized in Spain for many years, is not small feat. Thanks to all teams for trusting us. For those who repeat every year, new participants (welcome to this small but great scene vespero), especially those coming from afar (the French Authentik and Burzock Team, Team Germany and the Germans).

We know that some aspects of organization could have done better, so like every year we take note, do not be no doubt that we will strive to improve in the next edition. We tried to solve all the problems and glitches that have emerged, with some we have achieved with others. Therefore I apologize, but I also ask for understanding. Our goal from the first year is to try to get everyone to be happy, but we know that is impossible. So we squeezed the head and allow ourselves the power to take care of every detail, for the sake of all participants and for the sake of the event. Do not forget that unlike some, we do not do it for economic reasons, are a simple association, a group of friends.

Especially by that, I end by thanking all those who pitch in to lend a hand and that everything should be fine.
